Yes. Paid plans are month-to-month and cancellation is two clicks in the Stripe customer portal. You keep the paid tier until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free — your monitors stay configured, the ones above the Free cap just pause.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link. Enterprise customers can pay by ACH or wire on a 30-day net invoice. No crypto, no PayPal.
Nothing breaks and we never auto-charge overages. New monitors above your cap get created in a paused state with a banner explaining the limit. Extra probe locations are visible in the UI but skipped until you upgrade. You decide when to spend more.
